Description
Ceramic fiber blanket is made by high temperature melting blowing or spinning wire into fiber, and by double-sided reinforcement acupuncture process. The process does not use any binders. The reinforced acupuncture process has correspondingly improved the interweaving degree of the fibers and the anti-stratification performance of the blanket, ensuring that the product has good tensile strength and flexibility in various environments, thus improving the application performance of the needle carpet. Reduce material loss, improve thermal insulation and energy efficiency.
Application
Ceramic fiber blankets are mainly
used in various industrial kilns for full-fiber lining and backing,
high-temperature pipelines, thermal equipment insulation, high-temperature
environmental filling and thermal insulation.

Standard(KP1050): Long-term use temperature 1000°C, maximum temperature 1050°C. |
