Graphite Crucible
Description

Graphite crucible is made of natural flake graphite as the main raw material, and is made of plastic refractory clay or carbonaceous binder. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, strong thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance and long service life. In the process of high temperature use, the coefficient of thermal expansion is small, and it has certain strain resistance to rapid cold and rapid heat. It has strong corrosion resistance to acidic and alkaline solutions, excellent chemical stability, and does not participate in any chemical reaction during the smelting process. The inner wall of the graphite crucible is smooth, and the molten metal liquid is not easy to leak and adhere to the inner wall of the crucible, so that the metal liquid has good fluidity and castability, and is suitable for casting of various molds. Due to the above excellent properties, graphite crucible is widely used in the smelting of alloy tool steel and the smelting of non-ferrous metals and their alloys.

The production technology level of domestic graphite crucible has reached or even exceeded that of imported crucible. The high quality domestic graphite crucible has the following characteristics:

1. The high density of graphite crucible makes the crucible have the best thermal conductivity, and its thermal conductivity is obviously superior to other imported crucibles;

2. The graphite crucible has a special glaze layer and a dense molding material, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the product and prolongs its service life;

3. The graphite components in the graphite crucible are all made of natural graphite, and the thermal conductivity is very good. The graphite crucible cannot be placed on a cold metal table immediately after heating to prevent it from rupturing due to rapid cooling.
